Changing Your Diet to Lower Triglycerides

When your triglyceride levels are high, you are at risk for heart attacks and other heart diseases. By partaking on a diet to lower triglycerides, you can take an important step on becoming healthier and putting yourself at less risk.
You should try and remove all refined carbohydrates from your diet. This includes sugar, corn syrup and white flour. You should also try and avoid foods which is made from these as well.
