Ways to avoid making weight loss & exercise excuses

If one of your excuses is there is not enough time, make some time. Review your schedule carefully and then if it cannot be modified, add in exercise or healthier eating during your daily routine. If you regularly watch a certain show on television, maybe do some crunches or pushups during the show or run on a treadmill if you have one. This way you do not miss your show but are getting your body in shape as well. If you claim you cannot afford equipment, do exercises that do not require equipment such as push-ups, jumping jacks, walking, or running. You can also buy equipment that has already been used and does not cost very much.

If you have children and think you cannot lose weight or exercise with them around, exercise with them. Make cleaning up their room or the house into a game and get your heart pumping. You can also take your kids to the park and walk with them or push them on swings for good exercise. If you are unsure of what you are doing, consult a doctor, or personal trainer for tips and advice. Finally, if you think healthy food is too expensive, drink more water, it is free. You can also start making coffee, lunches, and dinners at home to save money or buy food in bulk to save some money.

There are many excuses we all use to avoid losing weight or exercising daily. However, even if you have a very busy life, there are always little ways to fit in exercise and eating healthier. The big question is whether or not you want to. If you do, these tips will help get you started and make it easier. Then you can feel healthier and happier in no time.
